I am your host of The Internal Game. I spent a majority of my life with little to no joy within myself. And my relationships and life experiences reflected this back to me. I was thoroughly convinced I was a victim of my circumstances. I desperately tried to fill that &#8220;God sized hole&#8221; i felt with everything but God. (Don&#8217;t let the word God throw you off. I dont mean it in the traditional term.) I thought I would find happiness in the next relationship, the next move to a new city or the next experience. But i never found it anywhere &#8220;out there.&#8221;And through lots of suffering, heartbreak and alcohol i was finally forced to stop looking in the external world for salvation. When I realized what an illusion all of my suffering was i was able to step out of it. But not at first, because I was so used to chaos and lower states of being, my mind resisted giving up everything it knew. But to become conscious of the illsuion and still choose suffering is actual insanity. When I was fiannly done suffering. I stopped suffering. If I have learned anything on my journey it is this, life is inside-out NOT outside-in and life isn&#8217;t as serious as the mind wants you to believe it is. The external circumstances are just refelcting back your internal reality. We are not victims to the outside. I know that To embody a state is to then have whatever refects back that state. Our only job to fulfill our desire is to become the version of us who has it. Realizing we are The Universe in a body is as big as it gets. When I remembered this truth, and embodied this truth, my external then reflected this back to me. Ahhhh Freedom. These days I live my life like I think we are supposed to, On Purpose, Consciously, &amp; Playful in The Present Moment. I find the extraordinary in the ordinary. Alan Watts has two quotes that helped me tremendously. &#8220;Man suffers only because he takes seriously what God made for fun.&#8221; And &#8220;This is the real secret to life &#8211; to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it&#8217;s play.&#8221; These realizations led me to start a Youtube channel called The Internal Game and now I work with people One-on-One. If you want to experience the fullness of life you have to find the fullness within you.
