At The Internal Game, all products are made to order. Because we use a print-on-demand model, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us — and we do offer refunds in specific cases.
Eligibility for Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll review the issue and may offer a refund under the following conditions:
The product arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective
You received the wrong item or incorrect size due to our error
There is a significant quality issue that affects the use or wear of the product
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color choice made during checkout
General dissatisfaction without clear defect or issue
We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to verify the issue before approving a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at bradley@theinternalgame.com with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Approval & Processing
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping
As all items are custom made-to-order, we do not accept physical returns or provide return shipping labels.
